Twelve-step groups are free meetings based on the tenants of Alcoholics Anonymous. I feel they are an important adjunct to individual therapy for sex addiction.
There are a number of different flavors of 12-step meetings that are available in Orange County. Some are for the addicts themselves; while some are for the partners or family of the addict. It can be confusing which one is best for you. I recommend you try a number before settling on one.
Please note that I am not affiliated with any of these groups. I provide one-on-one counseling only. Please visit their website for more details about any of these organizations.
